We offer a 14 days exchange policy for online purchases. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• With tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

• Include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel for exchanges.

Major vs. Minor Faults

• Major fault: You can request a replacement.
• Minor fault: We may offer a free repair instead of a replacement.
